Responsibilities: 

  • Build and execute digital marketing and social media strategy for the clients through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification 
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and reporting on the success of the digital strategy. 
  • Benchmark and set new KPI targets – measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights. 
  • Come up with new and creative digital growth strategies; email, PPC, SEO, and affiliate. 
  • Evaluate current user journeys and optimize to increase conversions. 
  • Setting up and optimizing client’s pay per click campaigns and social media campaigns on relevant social media platforms 
  • Plan and maintain digital initiatives and posting schedules across all online platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube 
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. 
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules 
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information 
  • Using A/B testing to optimize social media marketing performance 
  • Collect and report digital analytics using relevant tools 
  • You will also be managing and developing a team of digital marketing assistants. 
  • Assist digital marketing team in SEO/SEM and digital marketing campaigns on major platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn Ads 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist 
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting 
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts 
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Bing Ads) is preferred 
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.) 
  • Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus 
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills 
  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; Google Ads certification is a plus
